VUMA REACH WEBAFRICA
Please do not even start to activate and use Vuma Reach for your home. It works wonderful, very little to no connection issues but zero after sales service. I reported an issue issue with my line on the 21st Dec 2023. Today is the 27th and there is still no word from Vuma Webafrica. I use my WIFI for everything around the house but mainly I use it to work because I work from home. I am incurring additional financial costs because I have to load up data for all the phones in the house and data so I can hotspot for work. Crazy thing is the company does not even care to compensate you for the loss. I would actually prefer that they come disconnect their line so I can get a more reliable provider

28 Dec 2023, 19:36Send them a whatsapp to follow up on my query. No one has the turnaround time. So that means no one knows when the technicians will come out to fix the problem. I continue to struggle and VUMA does not seem to care. Who knows maybe they will come after the next payment on the 1st
