Vuma Reach / Vuma Africa / Web Africa Service SUCKS Big TIME

The service we receive from Vuma and it`s pay fast partner it is terrible and horrible, contact center is always unavailable and their agents dont know what customer support is, i honestly hate everything about them....

You cannot even interact with the support team, they are lazy and take their time to respond to queries, your service sucks and not helpful at all

I am one unhappy client period
