Vuma reach / Vodacom isp bad service

I'm quite fed up with vuma reach at this point been waiting on installation for the past three weeks now , and I'm getting know where waisted atleast over R200 worth of airtime contacting them they keep on telling me it's being escalated or I need to speak to isp , is telling me they can't assist cos they can't find my profile , I have prove of payment prove of OVR number SR number emails that confirm that I've done my order but I'm getting know where for the past three weeks they keep on telling me they'll get back to me but nothing I asked to cancell now they telling me my isp must cancell and refund but my isp is telling me they don't pick up my order on their side with my isp is vodacom only reason I went with vodacom as my isp is because they a trusted network provider but even now vodacom is not helping me or assisting to what I need because apparently they don't deal with vuma reach anymore so why wasn't that stated when order was made and paid for at this point I just want my money back because both vuma reach aswell as vodacom are waisting my time aswell as money spent on airtime for this past three weeks please if anyone can guide or assist as to what I can do in order to cancell and get my money back it would be very much appreciated
