Vuma Reach technicians deliberately pulling out existing customers lines to install for new customers yet they said the pole is full

I have never had my patience tested like the Vuma Reach group.Its always under maintenance and we have guys fiddling with the pole every other day calling it “maintenance” after they have left the LON is always red ,now you must log a call,wait for technicians all that at your convenience…if not professional soon they will lose a lot of their customers cause honestly speaking their services are horrible.The pole is said to be full but everyday Vuma technicians are at the pole.😤
