Vuma reach/ Supersonic disappointed me

I lost my bank card and the bank replaced it Vuma reach could not debit on my card I didn't even know they debit in the card not in the account as all.my accounts were debited I got notification that they could.not debit they advised me to update my payment details only to find the link doesn't work I called whole day since Friday no one is answering calls their what'sapp is under maintenance or down only response is through Facebook but you are directed to this link that doesn't work to update your payment details I have been working from home.and we have been without wifi for a.week.and vuma is not helping you get these automated responses via text and email there no.o e to help I am very disappointed
