Vuma Reach Poor Service

I am so disappointed by your service. I was told my installation is today at 10:30. I phoned your company only to find my appointment was not even or reflecting on your system. However an SMS was sent to me to say the installation is today. A lady called Charmain send a whatsApp to say installation is today. It's now 11:30 I am told by Charmain that they want to reschedule to tomorrow! What is that? It is so unproffesional . I had to arrange and stay off work for this installation to happen today. I am so angry
