Vuma Reach Pathetic service

We've had no connection for days now in Umlazi yet accounts are paid up, will we get credit for this???? Why do we pay for accounts if we won't have connection?? When will the connection be restored, we have children relying on this connection for assignments, I also have a proposal that I need to submit, will I be reimbursed for the data that I've been buying. This is very disappointing and unacceptable, such horrible and pathetic service.
