Vuma Reach not working

I have been on Vuma reach at least for the 2nd month now, all been working well, i referred 5 more people to sign up with Vuma till the tech who were installing in the yard left my connection messed up whilst everybody's online. The WhatsApp line does not go through or interactive not to mention the Vuma web africa app that is always down to report faults or any ******** activities.

I am not going to mention close family and friends experience they had after the technicians did installation for others.

It is sad because we not always at home to guard the router each time someone's line is installed.

Stop accepting new applications if there aren't any more slots for new connection, you largely interrupt our lives, security and exposing our lives to harm.

I don't think fixing the connection will help, please come take out your cables from my house.
