VUMA REACH INCOMPETANT

i am extremely dissapointed with vuma. I paid for an installation 7 weeks ago, and till today no installation has been made. I contacted them on their watsapp chat, but all the staff that I dealt with are incompetant. I have been trying to get a refund, but those attempts are not fruitful. Is there any one out there who can help me.
