VUMA REACH HOME CONNECT - REFUND

We cancelled with Vuma Reach as we moved properties in April 2024. After cancelling they still debited our account and promised to refund us .... Its literally 3 months later and we still haven't received our refund. It has cost us more the R500 to keep contacting them for our refund. The consultants are rude and arrogant, they speak to you as if you are some dumb idiot that doesn't understand nothing. What investigation has to take place when the proof sits infront of you that you owe a client.
