Vuma Reach

It has been four months now that I kept complaining to my ISP about my internet connection failing periodically. Two to three times daily. They have told me that it is Vuma Reach. Apparently we are only nine people in my area (Bela Bela) that are complaining about it and they will only attend to the matter once fifteen people complain. My ISP is very reputable.
