Vuma Reach and Mweb Services

I paid for full services on the 1rst of June 2025 and our services went out on the 2nd of June 2025. I logged a tickect with mweb letting them know of the issues and was provided a ticket number and was promised that i could request downtime credit after services were fixed. Servies on retured on the 26th of june, when i called mweb letting them know that i need to be refunded for all the days I did not have services but paid the full amount I was told that I cannot receive credit back.
