VUMA REACH AND AFRIHOST SA IS TERRIBLE

I am appalled by Afrihost and vim reach . I haven’t had since the first of December to date and no one seems to know what they are doing .. I have been calling everyday since the first and it’s clear the Afrihost together with vuma has such terrible customer service .. they have nooooo idea what’re hell they are doing ..my services were disconnected on the 1st December . I immediately called to find out why and I was advised that I didn’t make payment,which was a concern because they take payment via debit . I advised the team that I recently changed my card and I was then sent over 5 links to update my card details on payfast .payfast required me to log in however this was unsuccessful due to the fact that I have never signed up with payfast ..I was then sent payfast number by one of the people from Afrihost and vuma ..I called payfast and I was advised that I won’t be able log in because I don’t have a business account. I then spoke to ndivu who is at Afrihost and she sent me another link that would allow me to add card details. Once that was completed she said my card was not linking with my vuma account . She then advised she would log a ticket and get back to me ..it is 4 days later and I haven’t heard anything from her..I call and get disconnected. No debit order had been made and I have no other payment option available for me. When I called today after being disconnected and called back 4 times I was told my account is being terminated . I am work from home and have lost so much business due to this inconvenience..I am calling everyday since the first with no luck..no one knows what they r doing and I am disgusted by this..I still have not WiFi no connection and still losing money due to this ..Vuma is horrible and I wish I didn’t sign up with them from the first place. Someone needs to call me to fix this..I have escalation ticket numbers but again no one knows what the hell to do..all I want to is to make payment and get services reconnected ..y the hell is it so hard?
