Vuma no reach

I app**** online with Vuma Reach to install fibre internet at my home 104 koedoe street Macassar. As soon as i paid the R429 into their account, they phoned me to get a day to install the router. I took leave at work and within 2hours they installed it. Great prompt service upto this point.. But after they left the problems started. Vodacom says Vuma never activated my router hence why the red light is flashing day and night. Ive called, text, written emails to complain to them, just silence. Its as if they given me **** connection and dissapeared with my money. I paid for uncapped data in advance but havent used it or benefitted for more than 2weeks since instsllation. Total disgrace how Vuma treat people, they keep blaming the internet provider. Please im so fedup with these people
