Vuma bad service

I'm very frustrated with the service from Vuma and Vodacom as the ISP. Our internet is on and off intermittently during the month and there is no communication from either. We currently have an outage again and I had to call Vodacom call centre to find out since there is no communication. You can also not reach or contact Vuma directly to lodge a complaint. I have to work from home certain days and it is difficult if there's no internet. We are paying for a service which is not being given and it seems they don't care.
