VR-*** this is the order number I have received I have been trying for more than a week to schedule an appointment for installantion I really think your process sucks!!!! believe me I would have loved to describe it with a more fitting and inappropriate word. howcome is it that a contract client can call in to book an appointment for installation but prepaid clients need to liase with the isp ,the only thing that the isp can do is send an email as you guys don't take calls, you guys then LIE and say that you have tried to call me there is no missed calls or voicemessages to state that there was an attempt to book a installation slot. so for more than a week no one has scheduled anything.

I would like to schedule a installation slot for today I am at home 24/7 as I work from home, all I want from you is a email or sms as confirmation that the slot was booked and for someone to actually do their job and make sure that a technician is dispatched id number *** 4 oak place weltevreden valley Mitchells plain cell *** email ***
