Very poor service from Vuma Reach / WebAfrica

Such poor service from their helpline. I have been experiencing endless problems with them, every second month, we're back at the same problem. They over charge my card, or they suspend my account. I have to jump through hoops and loops to sort out the issue. then 2 months later, same issue. Today I spoke to a young lady called Karabo, let me just say, if she worked for my company, I would dismiss her on the spot as she would cost me lost business everyday. No help, no support, doesnt even want to escalate me to her supervisor. How do these people still advertise their services and they know they dont help you. They dont have a sales office where you can go to do a contact visit and get something sorted, everything on whatsapp and NO assistance whatsoever from the landline. There is obviously also NO surprise that they are not on Hello Peter to address queries, because they really dont care.
