Very Poor Customer Service from Vuma Reach/ Web Africa

Very poor customer service. I cant get hold of anyone to fix my billing and connection. I've been offline since 1st December and all I get is Willie the Bot- " I will connect you to the next available agent" which never happens. its the definition of insanity with this people not caring one bit that my kids had to defer online exams because we could not connect at home.
