Very Poor Customer Service From Vuma Reach And Afrihost

My fibre Internet connection has been offline since 1pm on Saturday, 23 March 2023. A ticket was logged with my ISP, Afrihost.com and their contact center agent advised that there was a fiber issue in the area. 6.5 Hours later no updates from Afrihost, when I did contact them for an update I was advised that Vuma Reach has not provided an update since the issue started so Afrihost doesnt even know whats happening. Extremely poor customer service from Vuma Reach in updating the ISP and same goes for Afrihost in not constantly following up with Vuma Reach to get regular updates, which can then be provided to their customers when they call the contact center. Both of these companies need to take a serious look at their customer service policies.
