Very bad service

Hi.

I have a problem with my router. Its not showing the SW WiFi name but the Huawei 92AK router model and there is not internet access.

I tried calling the ***and I was on the line for 32 minutes holding to speak to an agent but no luck. Still my R100 airtime was finished.

Spoke to a lady by the name of Enhle who said she's calling from vuma and promised to find me an person who can help me. But never can back to me. All she was forced on was me canceling my my services with supersonic and moving to Mweb and that she was happy to do.

I went to the supersonic website that there is a WhatsApp number that is no longer working and I wonder what is it even there is it working

The number she used to call me was ***

Now all I would like to be help with it to sort our this technical issue.

Now this is getting very frustrating coz it should not be this difficult to get hold of the people provided services to a customer.
