Unsatisfactory experience

I bought this product on the 10th of February 2025, and it was installed on the 17th of February. It's been only a few days and I am already experiencing signal problems I tried communicating with them on whatsapp and every day they give me a different reason such as my household and neighbors are causing my signal issues. When i called their technical support line they hanged up. Now they want to send a technician yet I must agree to pay an amount that I don't know I must just wait for their invoice. Poor service I regret buying it. Their employees don't know what they are doing I really loved their product but today I had to cancel just because of their poor service delivery.
