Unprofessionalism of Vuma customer support service

Of all bad service and customer service I have been subjected to, Vuma outdone all of them, So unprofessional and unreliable, Before you subscribe to anything, buy any service, product please first read Reviews, I wish I did, I only saw how fast they got things set up in this area from surveying to getting things done and I thought they were trustworthy didn't even bother to read reviews. It's been 4 days since I first paid and I have already attempted to get a refund already.

Am not impatient, I just need a straight forward thing, if it's going to take a mnth tell me it's going to take a mnth, don't tell me that everything will be fine by the end of the day or an hour and tell me the same thing again tomorrow, I would have understood if I hadn't made a payment that they were looking for some bucks by having me sign up.

Every Service agent was worse than the last and each told me what I can't say was a lie or unprofessionalism, the other will tell you about having things sorted in 1 hr, other 24hrs, other 7 days
