Unprofessional Call centre n whatsapp completely useless

Mitchells fibre has migrated to Vuma reach n the service is horrible the called me 4 days before migration advising on migration this after disconnecting my service few days before the 15th n i still get a invoice for supersonic but was advice not to pay into the normal account ive been in contact on their whatsapp chat but also useless made payment yesterday morning n my service has still not been restored
