Unacceptable unprofessional service

Poor service and unacceptable service. On the 19 of Feb 2021 my mother was called for installation schedule. Upon confirmation of address Vuma had the wrong address. They said with in 72hrs they will call again to schedule a new appointment time. This is now the 1st of March 2021 and we are still struggling to get help from Vuma reach and Web Africa. When you phone the one then they tell you the call the other and when you call the other they say you must call the 1 place again.
