The worst service provider.

This is by far the worst service provider in the world. I've been trying to disconnect my mom's account since Oct 2020. 4 months later I'm still battling. Is there a way to cancel accounts with them permanently in at least 10mins. And that stupid WhatsApp bot response thing is pathetic. They should just close their doors honestly.
