Supersonic, I would NEVER RECOMMEND to anyone!!!!!!

Nandi, she was rude, had no patience whatsoever, I had requested refund more than 14 days ago, Nandi informed me that the refund request was sent through to the wrong department as well as the cancellation request. As I was trying to elaborate further on my frustration she hung on me. I've been waiting for a call from Adrian for the whole week who was supposed to have called me last week Friday, it's almost a week, they said he's going to call within 24hrs... You can't stop WORD OF MOUTH advertising, SUPERSONIC SUCKS!!!! No one provides feedback, no one actually calls back, the managers rather hide behind the call centre agents like Shereen Govender, the cancellations dept never call within the 24hrs (ADRIAN)... Vumatel works with Supersonic and many other network providers, a lady called Naledi has been trying to help us get clarity as to why we are facing challenges with payment and getting connected, she has failed to help us or even give us feedback, she ignores my questions and refers me back to useless supersonic... What does one need to do to be able to get relevant feedback from these two useless companies????I just want my refund and my account with them cancelled with immediate effect!!!!!!!!!!!! To be quite frank, the service is not good at all. The call centre agents sound half asleep and impatient until you want to cancel their services. We paid the R395.00 for our monthly fibre on the 3rd of this month and they still disconnected us, when I call, the payment does not reflect on their side and their system also indicates that it's active while it's not. While the Managers are useless like Shereen Govender, it is difficult to even get a hold of them, consultants don't know what they're talking about, consultants also send requests to irrelevant departments which delays the process, consultants never call back for feedback, as a customer I shouldn't be the one calling back while I was promised to be called back within 24 hours, it's been almost three weeks now still waiting for Shereen, for Adrian, for Phindile to call me back with feedback.
