Super Excellent Customer service

Wow, wow, wow. Some people are super customer service consultant. I received an excellent customer service from Mbali Moletse at Vuma reach, home connect. This lady deserves a five star rating. I have a strong customer service background but Mbali just took it to the whole new level.

Furious i came to complain about Vuma reach after installing and unable to pay for my wifi. When i got disconnected i was angry as this wasnt my fault that i couldnt pay. But Mbali wasnt impatient with me, she explained and got the problem fixed although it to half a day, but it got solved. To add a cherry on top, she gives me a call after to verify that i was help and i understood the process and the status of my query.

Mbali thank you so much God bless you, and may you increase career wise. You are the best keep up the good work.
