Scvammed by Vumatel!!

I have a fibre line with vumatel and afrihost. Dec i made a late payment which was on the 14th. According to the terms and conditions if a payment is made after 7 days then thats a new activation and with a new activation the next month will be pro ratad. This is a month to month contract and with a month to month services should be provisioned for, for 30 days in my case it was 18 days.

Previously when payments were made late, they would pro rata the following month i have proof. Now they telling me i need to pay a full 399 for the month of Jan. There wont be a pro rata applicable. These people are ****ming me because i cant even speak to vuma reach directly, i need to speak to them through afrihost. Mind you when its your first time activating they are very quick to call us but escalations they say they dont deal with us directly.

If you can stay away from Vuma - they are big time ****mers!!!
