SADV - CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been dealing with the customer service for the past week has become so painful. Not being able to call in and actually have the issue fixed by someone is actually pathetic. They just close the case even though it hasn't been resolved. However, it's the typical they will always be quick to get for a sale and that's the only time they will call you.
