Refund from VUMA company

I have since paid (R399) last month on the 18 February for fibre installations to be made at my house in Dobsonville, Soweto, till to date I still don't have installations at my house, despite all the attempts made for this to happen. All the people I was in contact with, have failed to assist me,whose names are Mojabeng & Eva in that company. This VUMA company is mostly operating in Soweto and it feels like they are taking advantage of us. I have complained about incompetency by this company to offer what they are promising but I can't seem to get them to do their job. It's very frustrating and can someone help me to get my refund back so I can have someone else to offer a better service. Jeanette Tiyo
