Poor service vumareach!

Hi, i am so tired of trying to get intouch with vumareach as there is no contact details basically, I am trying to migrate from the 13th of May 2020 and up till today nothing, my kids can't do the schooling, I need to buy data to catch up with work, I have sent all cancelation requests to the ISP that I would like to make use of may be 20 times already and to date still disconnected all because Vumareach cannot clear the line for new ISP to take over, i am so angry right now it feels like one is judged by the area you live in and prioritized accordingly.
