Poor Service

I have signed with Vuma Reach at Vosloorus, this Company is in partnership with Supersonic. I made a payment to Supersonic on the 17 Jan 2021 with a view to get a fiber installation within 4 days. I did a number of follow ups with both Vuma and Supersonic but always taken from pillar to post as no one wants to take responsibility. On the 25 Jan 2021 I received an sms indicating that my fiber installation is in progress, but late in the after when I went to them at Vosloorus I was told that my order is cancelled, and nobody new why was the order cancelled. All I wanted was the fiber installed in my house and have peace thereafter. I then wrote an email on the 27 January 2021 wanting to validate their action of cancelling my order, but I am told that I will be subjected to cancellation fee, the question is why as I did not initiate the cancellation process. As if that is not enough I am told it take a month to reimburse my money, why. All I needed is a fiber within 4 days of payment but they have failed dismally instead they want to continue hurting me.
