Poor Service

My internet connection have been off for 2 days now. When calling Vuma reach I was told that they are aware of the problem but dont know when it will be fixed. They also told me that i will not be refunded for those days. When signing up I paid R400 but did not get services and called them to report the issue till this day they did not refund my money back. This is unacceptable!
