Poor customer service

i am writing to express my strong disappointment with the service i received from Vuma, the representative was unhelpful and my issue was left unsolved. Your turn around time to dispatch a technician is unreasonable. i cannot wait 24 - 48 hours for a technician to be dispatched to troubleshoot why i am not having internet connection. i regret buying your service.
