poor customer service

My name is Lambeni Foxo, I am a client of Vuma reach internet provider , on Friday, September the 16th I received i made a cash transfer in order for my internet connection to be reactivated. Its been 2 weeks and no one has even bothered to verify if my connection is back on . A kind and professional lady who works on the field by the name of Nene has cascaded my query to head office more than three times already and I am still without internet . This is utterly unacceptable my number is ***/ ***
