Pay fast link not sent for the whole day waiting for it.

This company service is pathetic m telling you, for the whole day I was chatting to them , I even called them, I was asking for a simple think, a payfast link so that I can pay , they were saying they are unable to send the link,I must wait for few minutes ,they always ended muting my chat intentionally so. Even now I haven’t receive that pay fast link, so I am not supposed to work because of their poor system ?? Imagine from 8am till now 20h00 night nothing was solved . A simple link!!! I don’t think this company has IT people, hence this was not solved. You hold for too long to speak to a human being , I do not want to go to a Chat story , that one is a nightmare you will wait until you go mad.

This company must be closed , they know nothing about customer service!!
