Pathetic service, Vuma Reach, Afrihost, NanoFibre

Vuma reach , Afrihost, NanoFibre … between these 3 companies I don’t know whose service is worse . I’ve been trying since end of March 2021 to get connected . Paid the upfront fee required for installation and have even paid R1400 extra for cabling and still don’t have connectivity . I call the call centers and email people every few days and have to keep explaining my situation and everyone promises to follow up and call me back but no one ever does . The last lot of people after 4 months of trying came 2,5 weeks ago and installed a modem and did the cabling but said the civil team need to come and join the connection but I’ve not heard back since . Close to pulling all my hair out . So frustrated!
