Pathetic internet service

Worst service u guys are providing us ..it's been 2 full weeks since I'm having connection problems I 've had tickets logged but none of ur so called Engineering team has come back to me . Funny thing is that debit date u know it very very and u debiting me full whilst on other days I have no connection at all . 12 midnight till 8 am every single day I have no connection at all . So better fix this **** coz it's false advertising that u did .
