**** on vuma

Vuma customer care is poor also when have an outage they took 1 week to resolve the matter which means I use internet for 3 weeks of which they say it's monthly basis I feel that it's a **** because their internet you use it for 3 weeks then i pay full amount, monthly even today I paid but still not have internet mind you it's a week now please help or advice?
