No wifi for a week

I’ve experienced terrible Service from Vuma. Advised them 2 weeks ago about their connection which was disturbing my neighbor into renovating his house as their wires were running on top of his house . Advised Vuma about this and they referred us to the service provider which is Web Africa. We have provided them with our ISP number yet no one is here to connect our WiFi again. We are unable to work at home hence the frustration. They are busy taking us from pillar to post . I work for a company that doesn’t pay you if you have WiFi issues so I’m sitting on 2 days unpaid leave . We have spoken to Lerato khakativa and Nomahlubi Radebe and no one comes with concrete response. We are now waiting for Moleboheng which they said is part of the maintenance to sort this out and yet we still waiting . Vumatel has provides service and they need to remove their poles so people can come pay value for money elsewhere .
