No wifi!!

Vuma reach/WebAfrica , has no effective communication to send out to there customers ! I have had no wifi for 4 days. I fully paid my wifi the whole month and now in 4 days I’ve spent R200 on mobile data. Who is going to compensate on that? Will the WiFi connection be extended for days it hasn’t been working I doubt it !
