no internet

I have taken up prepaid fibre and it was asked to make a payment for my service on the Thursday last week, of which that was done on Thursday and installation was done on Friday but even today it says no internet available. I've been told to call vodacom and that courses money but non the less I have been doing that for the whole week. still no internet yet I paid for it. soon I will have to pay the again but no service. I feel so ****** by both Vuma reach and Vodacom.
