No connection

Vumareach in spruitview is as useless as I dont know what,their staff is not well informed about their own products and services,tried reaching their agents for help all their phones were off,I paid for the internet on Monday the 4th of April to be cut off on Friday and still dont have the internet to date,the agents you get all tell different stories and dont even try the WhatsApp line they blue tick and carry on with their business,I regret the day I went to their offices
