Line clearance

I need a LINE CLEARANCE Vuma. I need the line clearance so I can get activated. Why does this need to take more than a week?

Vuma why are you not assisting me? Surely someone at your business takes care of the bad reviews? Why are there NO ANDWERS? I need a LINE clearance at 20 Berlin SQUARE Strandfontein VILLAGE  so  I can get activated. My order number with Mweb is  X***0. This is for new activation. Please assist

Good Day,

Please advise why my order keeps failing or showing delayed. Order number is as below. Mweb just don't have the answers for me. They keep giving me a new order number.. This is the 5th one.
