If only 0 stars was an option

I wish giving 0 stars was an option. I am only using Vuma Reach because it is the only fibre available in my area. The second another one comes, guarantee I will be gone. The WiFi would randomly disappear for minutes or even days, and it would heavily inconvenience me and other people. The money paid for was for 40Mb/p/s, yet many times, the WiFi would be so slow that I can't even stream or open a website for that matter. It is a quite terrible service and I do not recommend it whatsoever.
