Horrible Company

I would like to complain about the fact that I have been waiting for 2 Months for a refunded this is the second time I Am complaining on this platform with nothing been sorted . I was told my account needs to be cancelled before I can get a refund that has now taken place I am now told I need wait on Vuma Reach to approve my refund . Can someone please have this matter resolved .
