frustrated client.... POOR POOR SERVICE

This Wayne Bennett again from 6 Tania Crescent, Lenteguer, Mitchells Plain Civil (VUMA REACH) has still not come out to install my ab connection box, every one around me in my area and my road is all sorted with their fiber and had no issues when it came to their installation. The other day I received a Reference number: ISP-271647 but still no one has come out yet to have the issue resolved. How many people do I need to contact and how many tickets do I have to logg to have this issue sorted???????????

Its more then a month now when I placed my order with Webafrica on the 10 Dec 2020 and installation team came out to do the installation the 11 Dec 2020. But the team ran into complication where the said my ab connection box was not in there and no flouting wires from main line. How was I suppose to know this when I placed my order, because according too my coverage check my area is live. Now I placed and paid for something I am unable to use. Please get this escalated to the right people so this can be resolved and please don't tell me its a SP issue.... or whatever. I just need the right people to came out and have this resolved.

My SP Webafrica is telling me there is nothing they can do, civil works must come out. sooo frustrated by now.... feel like just cancelling everything
