Made payment to web africa 5 days in advance yet line still gets cut off now for more than a week. As per web africa, did not receive payment confirmation from Vuma reach. Its been 1 and a half week I made payment online to Vuma reach for my fibre line and i am still disconnected,

I get a reminder that my line is expiring in 5 days so i made payment immediately, only for my line to be cut off 5 days later. Absolutely pathetic and *********** FNO.

Wouldnt recommend you guys to anyone. Absolutely useless.

Its one week that my line is cut yet payment was made. Get your **** in order!
