Fibre Connection Nightmare

This is the worst service provider by far. I app**** for fibre conncetion and made a payment to Web Africa in March 2024 and I have since been waiting for an installation. I keep receiving emails that I should be available for the installer to come and connect me and it never happens till now and whenever I try and contact the installation company their number is constantly unavailable as well as the installers number is always on voicemail. I then contacted Web Africa and they promised that they will follow up with Vuma and get back to me and requested that I send them pictures of the pole nearest to my home to prove that it is not full as per installers report which was false cause the installer was lazy whereas more people are being connected on the same pole. I requested for a refund and no one has got back to me.
