Do not use Vumatel, Vuma Reach or WebAfrica

Disgusting service. Customer service agents do not are ***********. I've had a fibre outage for a week now. I haven't been given proper feedback. All im being yold is that there is an outage in my area yet my neighbors who use the exact same ISP are not having this issue. I was told a technician was asigned but have had no feedback regarding what has been discovered and what the plan of action is. I work from home and only get paid on hours worked this means that I have lost out on an entire week's salary. I tried to cancel but was yold I'm forced to give them a month's notice which is absurd because the only reason im canceling is because they have failed to provide me with the service which I paid for. This also ismt the 1st time this has happened. Each time I reach out to them im being told they have escalated yet I do not get feedback on what outcome these escalations have brought.
